I gave up on this project and started a new one without changing anything to test and then start making the changes.

Following your video on Google IAP, my package did not come with the StoreAsset.cs file and so I can not make the purchase changes.

Here are the mistakes you are making now:

I think there is problem when Unity try to active the ads service and it should be a unity’s bug.

Please try to disable unity ads service and use the unity ads plugin here instead https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/add-ons/services/unity-ads-66123

This is the note from the plugin: Before importing this asset package, in Unity 5.2 or newer, please be sure to disable the built in Ads extension first.
