The story behind the app:
We developed this app to make  business around it.
We saw that there are many similar apps,  but so few relevant information and too many noise so wo make it very easy to use and simple. Goal was the user must get relevant information with ease and fast.
We used it for nightclubs and pubs for local businesses, so we also controlled which hosts are inside our app, to keep the quality high and have a strong partnerships.

We used the criteria page for cities (so people can select which City events they like to see) and when we grow and the app got more popular, we added pubs & bars, and festivals.

Our main target audience were university students who party and might travel if they study in another City so the City select make it easier for them to see relevant information.

Then we added the favourites, so user can select their favourite nightclubs and pubs which events are always highlighted.

Monetization:
– Integrated Admob ads.

– We also used push notifications to make money (sold them to our partners).

App flow:

1. When user opens the app it’s simple Facebook login
2. App displays simple onboarding screens
3. Select your City or any criteria provided by the app (optional)
4. Start using the app and have fun ;)

We also suggest it to use it locally, but you can use it how you want or for whatever reason you want. For example, you want to make an app for multiple clubs, or just for one club.

It takes a lil bit time to set up the app, but when it’s up and runnig then it’s very easy to maintain.

We are located in Estonia and in Finland and that’s good for us and we don’t have time to expand so this is your option to use our template to make your own business.

Also one good tip how you can expand, since we had a multiple nightclubs in our hand we got a lot of free tickets which we used to promote our app , also we used instagram and snapchat incluencers (we gave them tickets and they promote our app).

There are a lot of future possibilities for this app: deep linked events, integrated club loyalty card via nfc, etc. It up to you how you plan to use this template.
