SellMyApp LLC disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions and conduct of any third parties in connection with or related to your use of the platform and/or any SellMyApp LLC services.

The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SellMyApp LLC from any claims resulting from any action taken by the Buyer that infringes the rights of any person or entity.
