If you mean zombies, you should add your new zombies. Open ZSpawner.cs scroll to line 51 and you should see zombie names list. Add your zombie here.
Also you should place the prefab in the same folder as our zombies.

If you mean your new main character you should check if it has all necessary scripts and settings. It must be the same as main character has.

If it does not help, ask tech support that you need an online chat with the author, I’ll help.

Please state which operating system are you using: iOS or Windows?
It would be very helpful if you could provide the screenshots of the errors you are expressing.
In case you are using Windows make sure to use the suggested archiver here since most likely your issues might be a result of your archiver soft but not of the file itself.

About the readiness of the game – yes, everything is done and your intervention in the game engine will not be required (or minimal). You will only need to make the levels according to your scenario and set up monetization( setup your ads IDs ). The video and demo builds shows the actual game state.

For Apple devices starting from IPhone 5S game works perfectly on all devices.

For Android OS the GPU should not be budgetary (the phone is not for $90). It must support OpenGL ES3.0 and have average performance. In fact, the list of suitable GPUs for android is huge, except low-end models.
